2012 Moebius Syndrome Conference
Plan now to attend the 10th Moebius Syndrome Conference. Online and paper registration is now available by accessing the Conference Website or downloading a paper Registration Form you can print out and mail. We are able to keep early and standard registration fees the same as they were for the 2010 conference in Colorado.
You can reserve your room now at the reduced hotel conference rate of $119 ($137.09 including Philadelphia hotel tax). The reduced conference rate, including half-price parking, is available from July 10 through July 18, 2012.

Registering for the Conference Online
You may pay online using a credit card or send in a check.
If you register online, you will be asked for an email address for each person in the family. Please re-enter the adult's email address for each child. It won't be used for anything, but is required by the system. As you continue registering each person in the family, you will need to enter an email address each time, but you will not need to repeat your password, address or phone.
If you register online, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address for each person registered. If you register online, please repeat the parent's email address for children. It requires an email address for each individual being registered
• The first adult registered in a family group is the ‘primary registrant.'
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided for each person being registered
Requesting a consult appointment: When requesting a consult, be sure to check the consult for the person in your family with Moebius syndrome. You do not need to check it for a parent if the person with Moebius is a child. If you do, you will be requesting two appointments for the one researcher / therapist. Please let us know if you have any questions. Always register an adult first. This person becomes the Primary Registrant.
Conference Forms
Child Care and Bowling Release forms are available to download and include with your registration. They will also be available to fill out at the Conference.
